Former Playmate Kendra Wilkinson was spotted hiking above Los Angeles on Saturday. If you’re a fan of Kendra, you know that she’s been working hard to reclaim her pre-baby body. Pre-baby, she was reportedly 113 pounds and a size 2, and gained over 50 pounds while pregnant. Now reportedly a size 6, she’s hoping to get down to her previous size.

Her series Kendra airs on E! on Sundays, and devotees will recall times when the 24-year old reality star broke down on camera as she looked at her post-baby body and bemoaned what her adoring hubby might think of her. Truly though, she couldn’t have found a more supportive man than Hank to stand by her side. Kudos to Kendra for discussing what all women think after they have their baby – whether they started at a size 2 or a size 12, there’s always a struggle to lose that baby weight. I, for one, am happy that she’s actually working out and showing how to lose the weight, rather than just appearing on a magazine cover a week after birth with a perfectly flat stomach like many other celebrity moms.

And what a good role model Hank is for baby daddies! (Hey preggo moms! Show your man the clip below! Hopefully he’ll take some pointers from a real sweetheart. At least, that’s what I’m hoping for myself…)

The 'Womanizer' star for allowing her flaws to be scrutinised by the public after releasing pictures from a recent Candies advert in order to highlight the pressure there is on women to look perfect.

The reality TV star wrote on her Twitter page: "I might do that too hahahahaha..scary!!! (sic) "On my show, i show the untouched all the time..i love bein real n showin my flaws. (sic)"

When former playmate Kendra Wilkinson was one of the three Girls Next Door living in Hugh Hefner's mansion, she was more of a Sporty Spice to me than a Playmate, and quite honestly, she annoyed the hell out of me.

I am not sure if it was after she found love with Hank Baskett Jr., or after she became pregnant and had a baby, but somewhere along the way, Wilkinson became more tolerable to me.

I would stumble upon her show, "Kendra", on E!, and would find myself stopping on the channel, and actually staying there until the show was over.

This usually resulted in marathon episodes of "Kendra" in one sitting because it seemed to be my luck that every time I stumbled upon E! it would be during one of their reality marathons.

Nowadays, I find myself an avid "Kendra" watcher. How this happened I have yet to figure out. But Kendra somehow became not-so-annoying to me.

Kendra Wilkinson has praised Britney Spears for releasing untouched photographs of herself taken at a fashion shoot. The 'Womanizer' star unveiled the before-and-after shots of her posing in a bikini.

Which contain several noticable differences - from her Candies commercial earlier this week. Writing on her Twitter account, Wilkinson said: "I really love that Britney Spears came out with the pre photoshoot pics... I might do that too! Scary!

"Sometimes we just take the pics and don't know what the magazines and stuff do to the pics until they come out... On my show.

I show the untouched all the time. I love being real and showing my flaws." A representative for Spears has revealed that the singer released the images in order to highlight the pressure placed on women to look perfect.

The former Playmate recently told the Times that she's not the wild girl she used to be before marriage and motherhood. "Oh my gosh! Being a mom and a wife is not as easy as I thought. I have friends who love to party... that had to go. I party less than I used to. I don't take my top off anymore like I used to when I wasn't a mother or a wife."
