Kendra and her Mom Work Through Their Problems

Posted in : Gossips

(added few months ago!)

On tonight’s episode of ‘Kendra,’ her brother Colin invited her to San Diego, CA to do two different club appearances. He is starting a company where he brings in people to do appearances.

Kendra and her Mom Work Through Their Problems

Kendra Wilkinson Baskett found out that her mom was going to be there. They have been having some problems for awhile now. Kendra talked about how she has had problems with her mom in the past. Her mom was not happy when she found out she was pregnant and now they are having new problems. She said her mom doesn’t think she calls her enough or spends enough time with her.

Kendra went on down to San Diego, but she was really nervous about seeing her mom. She met with Colin first and things went well with him. After the party, Kendra knew she was going to have to see her mom that night. Hank and Colin talked about it, but they decided to not choose sides. They just want them both to know they are family and want to move on as a family.

Patti gave her a hug when she came in the room. Kendra’s grandma was there as well. Kendra’s mom said that she truly does not feel that Kendra loves her. She said that when Kendra lived at the Playboy mansion they had a good relationship.

She wants Kendra to call her more often, but Kendra said that she doesn’t hear from her that she is proud of her. Patti does not feel loved, but neither does Kendra. Colin says they are both afraid to let each other in.

Grandma finally spoke up and says it has to stop before you bury me. Kendra told her she wants to be her daughter again. Kendra realized they are just arguing about nothing and she wants her grandma to be happy.

In the end, they hugged it out and Kendra invited her mom to her even that night. It seemed to go very well with them. ‘Kendra’ airs in the Oklahoma City area on Sundays at 9:00 pm CST on E!.

Kendra Wilkinson doesn’t like being naked

Posted in : Gossips

(added few months ago!)

Reality television star Kendra Wilkinson says that she’s more conservative than people think, despite her Playboy bunny image. The Kendra star recently opened up in an interview while visiting Australia, stating that even though she’s one of the most exposed women on the planet, she didn’t always feel comfortable being naked.

Kendra Wilkinson doesn’t like being naked

Wilkinson, who is married to NFL star Hank Baskett, said, “Yeah I say the word -- sex sex sex -- but I’m more conservative than people think.  I actually get shy, if it’s anything past the word sex, that’s when I blush.”

Wilkinson, who has a 20-month-old son, Hank Jr., with Baskett, also adds that her photo sessions for Playboy used to frighten her. She says, "To tell you the truth, whenever I used to pose for Playboy I used to get so, so scared and I used to cover up and I’d be like ‘hurry up!’""I was very proud, but at the same time I never got used to being naked.  I never did and will never do it again."

Wilkinson is currently Down Under promoting her book, Being Kendra: Cribs, Cocktails, and Getting My Sexy Back, in which she discusses her post-partum depression, spicing up her sex life with her husband, and her tumultuous past before her big break on the hit E! reality show The Girls Next Door.

Kendra adds that she plans on being open and honest about her past with her son. She says, "The drugs that I went through and Playboy -- it’s all stuff that he’s going to face on his own anyway, so why not talk about it and beat everybody to the punch?"

Kendra rides the Hef wave

Posted in : Gossips

(added few months ago!)

Kendra rides the Hef waveIt seems dating Hugh Hefner is an almost sure-fire ticket to fame and fortune. Someone currently riding the wave of her connection with Hefner all the way to the bank is Kendra Wilkinson, who is on her first trip to Australia.

Wilkinson came into public view when she was part of a trio of attractive blondes who were all in a joint long-term relationship with the Playboy magazine founder.

The three women - Wilkinson, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt - became a public sideshow which was turned into a hit reality series, The Girls Next Door. It ran for five seasons and ended when all the women broke up with Hefner and subsequently moved out of the Playboy Mansion.

Now 26, Wilkinson left Hefner for American footballer Hank Baskett, whom she married on June 27, 2009, at the Playboy Mansion. Today, she continues to have her life lived under the gaze of cameras for her own reality TV series, Kendra, which has just kicked off its fourth season and follows her life with Baskett, whose sporting career is now floundering, and their 22-month-old son Little Hank.

While some celebrities take issue at having their children in the spotlight, Wilkinson told AAA she and Baskett never discussed the implications of filming their child on the reality series.

"He is a part of our lives and if we didn't have him on the show it would be like we are trying to hide him," she said. "No matter what, it is a catch-22. We are doomed if we do, we are doomed if we don't.

"So we might as well have him look like a part of our family, right?"

There is often much speculation as to whether these reality series are scripted - claims Wilkinson was quick to respond to. "The only thing scripted is the music in the background," she said. "People get so afraid of the cameras and think they have to change and act a certain way for the cameras, but once I started to get to know the producers and the camera guys they all felt like family and good friends and that's when I started to let loose and be myself in front of the cameras."

Even so, Wilkinson did admit there was constant pressure for her series to have enough drama to match its competition, such as Keeping up with the Kardashians and the hit Real Housewives franchise.

"I do get some pressure, because the reality is my show is up against the Housewives shows now and there is competition there now," she said. "I do get that pressure – 'you have really got to step up your game this season' – and that is what makes me really nervous and when I try too hard, that is when we get the worst shows.

"But when I just let loose and be myself and trust who I am, and that is when we get the best shows and the best reality stories."Although she left the Playboy Mansion three years ago, Wilkinson said she is still very close to Hefner but admitted she doesn't keep in contact with her former Girls Next Door co-stars.

"I don't really see them, it is kind of like where the Spice Girls are today - they have their own lives, you don't really see them together a lot," she said. "We were all three different people to start with and we all went our three separate ways and it is kind of how it is right now. "Hef and I stay in touch a lot though."

Kendra Wilkinson Hits Australia

Posted in : Gossips

(added few months ago!)

While Kendra continues to air on E!, Wilkinson travels to Australia to talk up her reality show, a program she does with husband Hank Baskett and their little son, Hank Jr. For this visit, the former Playboy model who was part of Girls Next Door (yes, next door to Hugh Hefner) went further than just across the yard. In fact, she went around the world to Oz and she is apparently glad she did.

Kendra Wilkinson Hits Australia

And no, Oz is not the place where the wizard lives. This moniker is short of Australia, as in the Land Down Under. And boy does Kendra seem to like Sydney, the city she is checking out while promoting her cable television show.

She noted her love for the Australian's outpost earlier this week, spouting off on Twitter about how much fun her trip is and that she is taking pictures to share her travels. However, even though Kendra is having a blast in Oz, she's still all business when it comes to having getting the word out, tweeting work matters while in the New South Wales capital.

Former Playboy bunny Kendra Wilkinson admits 'I never got used to being naked'

Posted in : Gossips

(added few months ago!)

But she told news.com.au the real reality is she’s just a shy girl at heart, one who “never got used to being naked” and who blushes at any mention of the down and dirty details of sex. "Yeah I say the word - sex sex sex - but I’m more conservative than people think,” Wilkinson said. “I actually get shy, if it's anything past the word sex, that’s when I blush. “To tell you the truth, whenever I used to pose for Playboy I used to get so, so scared and I used to cover up and I'd be like 'hurry up!’ "I was very proud, but at the same time I never got used to being naked. I never did and I will never do it again.

Former Playboy bunny Kendra Wilkinson admits 'I never got used to being naked'

"I don’t even know how I did it in the first place, it's weird, I’m just a weird person, I'm a different creature."
The 26-year-old’s star first rose after she met iconic Playboy founder Hugh Hefner when she was 18 and wearing nothing but painted-on accessories. She soon moved into the Playboy mansion as one of Hefner’s three live-in girlfriends and featured prominently in the Playboy reality TV series.

Since then she has wrapped the fourth series of her own Kendra reality show, released multiple sex tapes and written two biographies - the latest of which she admits includes the word “sex” on every single page. In her books Wilkinson discusses intimate details of how her son, Hank IV, was conceived, as well how she lost her virginity and became a drug addict at 13.

She says she will be open and honest with her 20-month-old son about her past. "The drugs that I went through and Playboy - it's all stuff that he's going to face on his own anyway, so why not talk about it and beat everybody to the punch? "I want him to learn about it before everyone else teaches him about it in the wrong way, I'm that type of person and I think it’s better to talk than not to in this day and age."

Kendra Wilkinson opens up about gay fans, sex

Posted in : Interviews

(added few months ago!)

Kendra Wilkinson showed she was just a "Girl Next Door" when she arrived at the Playboy mansion with Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt to have her life changed by Hugh Hefner. After moving out and marrying pro football player Hank Baskett, her life was chronicled on a self-titled reality show. With season four beginning, a new second book and a return to Chicago, everything is coming up Kendra these days!
Windy City Times: Hi, Kendra!

Kendra Wilkinson opens up about gay fans, sex

Kendra Wilkinson: ?Como estas?

WCT: Muy bien. I didn't know you spoke Spanish.

KW: I didn't either. [Both laugh.]

WCT: Thanks for taking out time to talk to me. By reading your book Being Kendra: Cribs, Cocktails and Getting My Sexy Back, I see how busy you are…

KW: No, no, no: This is a new part of my life. I am just chillin' nowadays.

WCT: When I read the part about you eating in the shower I thought, "Now isn't that interesting?"

KW: I just like to eat in the shower, except my bread will get soggy from the soap and all of that.

WCT: The book is just like you talking on your reality show.

KW: It is. I like to think of this book as a narration of this new season of my show coming out. When you read it you will see a lot of similarities and stories from my show.

WCT: You had a special episode with your gay assistant, Eddie Bochniak, coming out on the show.

KW: He just left, actually. He went to go get me a plunger.

WCT: When you want to get rid of him, like in the book, you just send him to get a plunger!

KW: Yeah. [Laughs] That episode was amazing. It was great to be a part of it. It was so inspirational, not only to everybody that watched it, but inspirational to me. That was real. You don't script something like that. I was so honored to have that on my show.

WCT: You do have a lot of gay fans.

KW: That's awesome!

WCT: I think we love you because you are real.

KW: Thanks. I love to keep it real. I feel like that is why I am here. I think that is why people want to keep me around is because I am real. I don't judge anybody. I love everyone for who they are. That is why I wrote my first book too just to tell that side of my story. I grew up not judging anybody. I always wondered why there wasn't a black Barbie. I just see everybody as one.

WCT: Last night was a big night for you because two shows came out that involved you, Dancing With the Stars and The Playboy Club.

KW: Yeah; I am glad they didn't run together because I would have had a problem. It is funny because I only went one time to see Jerry Rice but other than that I never watched Dancing With the Stars until I was on it. Last night was the first time I watched it without being on it. It was so weird! I knew what those people were going through. They probably thought they were going into something fun but they were going through blood, sweat and tears. It is fun to watch now to see what they go through.

WCT: Did you like anyone in particular?

KW: Carson Kressley—oh my God, he needs to stay on there as long as possible. He was having fun out there. That is what I like to see.

WCT: Some people get stiff on there and worry about what they are going to do.

KW: I was one of those people. I was so nervous. I hated going out in front of millions of people and would shake. I felt like I would pass out every single time.

WCT: Do you still talk to your dance partner, Louis Van Amstel?

KW: Every now and then. It is kind of like me, Holly and Bridget. We had our experiences but we do our own thing. We keep in touch. He made an appearance on my show.

WCT: What did you think of The Playboy Club?

KW: I actually was impressed. I was a little nervous at first. The story was really great. I love a mafia themed show. I am a huge fan of The Sopranos. I love the old type of feel in a show. There were good looking people but they know how to act. I was worried who was going to be in the bunny costumes. Hearing Hef narrate the show was really fun. I could just picture him sipping on a jack and coke reading his lines.

WCT: It was filmed here in Chicago so I went on set to see the whole thing as an extra.

KW: That's awesome. I was really impressed with it.

WCT: What do you want people to get out of your book?

KW: I wrote it because I had more to tell. I wanted to get a lot off of my chest. I wanted to tell what I really dealt with after having the baby and what happened behind the scenes. People watch my show but they only see 30 minutes of me on Sunday nights. I wanted to write what really happens with the cameras off. I wanted to explain things that I couldn't about the tabloids. I string everything together for my fans to understand things and why things happened in the public. It is a clear-it-up kind of book. I had some struggles but everything is good now.

WCT: It seems you have changed and grown up a lot.

KW: I know I have. I know I have grown up a lot. I am definitely more aware and cautious about things. I look at it this way. You have one life to live. Live it the way you want. I am living it the way I want to live. I have no shame. Why have shame? I am here in this business because who I am Being Kendra and I am here to tell the story. People want to read it so I am excited and very honored.

Kendra Wilkinson And Hank Baskett: 'Divorce' Should Never Be Said

Posted in : Gossips

(added few months ago!)

On Monday’s episode of "Kendra" on E!, Hank Baskett spoke frankly about his first two years of marriage, and hitting “the absolute bottom” with his wife Kendra Wilkinson.

Kendra Wilkinson And Hank Baskett 'Divorce' Should Never Be Said

In a rare heart-to-heart with friend and Philadelphia Eagles player Jon Dorenbos, Baskett discussed the dreaded “D-Word” and the effect merely uttering the phrase had had on his relationship with Wilkinson. “There was one day. We actually got into an argument so bad... I got so worried that I was going to lose my family.”

“We survived that, because we said from the get-go…never say the 'D-Word': divorce,” said Baskett, who plays football for the Minnesota Vikings. Wilkinson admitted that she has used the “D-Word” twice in the past, but will never say it again: “The word divorce should never be used. It shouldn’t,” she said.

The former Playboy playmate now finds other things to say instead of “divorce” in their arguments— for example, “F*** you, “ or “I hate you." Profanity is preferable to the “D-Word”, according to her husband: “That’s better," Baskett agreed.

Wilkinson and Baskett have been married since June of 2009 and recently celebrated their anniversary in Cancun. They have one child together, Hank Baskett IV.

Kendra Wilkinson Propositions Hubby in Kooky Mexican Getup (Watch Video)

Posted in : Gossips, Videos

(added few months ago!)

Kendra Wilkinson may have left the Playboy mansion, but she sure hasn't given up her desire to have a good time! Jetting away to Cancun with her husband, Hank Baskett, to celebrate their second wedding anniversary -- with cameras from their E! reality series, Kendra, in tow -- the 26-year-old mom tries to encourage her man to make the most out of their tropical getaway.

Kendra Wilkinson Propositions Hubby in Kooky Mexican Getup

Exhausted from a night of partying, Baskett tries to take a quick nap, only to be thwarted by his peppy wife, who bursts into their hotel bedroom in a kooky Mexican getup brandishing maracas. "Who are you and what have you done with my wife?" Baskett says as Wilkinson bellows "La Cucaracha" at the top of her lungs.

When Baskett fails to engage with his wife, Wilkinson suspects he's still hungover. "Come on, it's early. We've got to party, b--ch! Aren't we supposed to have sex on our anniversary?" she wonders, as he drifts off to sleep. Still, Wilkinson says she sympathizes with her husband's desire to catch a few z's.

"I love sex. But you know, it's hard now with a baby," Wilkinson recently told Us Weekly. "When you find that time, sex is not really the first thing you wanna think about. [It's] sleep!"Watch more of Wilkinson's wacky Mexican antics in the clip above and tune in to the full episode of Kendra Sunday at 11 p.m. (EST) on E!.
