Kendra Wilkinson Photo In Old Style: Kendra, now a reality star on her own, happy wife and mother, looks quite different now from how she was before going under the knife immediately after becoming of legal age. At 18, the star had surgery for a larger cup size – and shortly after it, she agreed to let a photographer shoot her. The photos are now out and Radar Online has them. In what could possibly be an embarrassing turn, photos of Kendra have ended up online: they show her showing off her new breast implants and even the special medical bra she had to wear for a while after surgery.

What the pics also offer, Radar says, is clear indication that Kendra has also had some work done on her nose, as she’s seen in them with a more prominent one, as compared to how she looks now. Before she was a happy housewife and doting mother, and before she was a Girl Next Door living with Hugh Hefner, reality star Kendra Wilkinson was just another exotic dancer who decided to go under the knife.

“The photos also reveal Kendra with a nose that looks very different from the way it appears now,” Radar points out. “According to a well-placed source, Kendra couldn’t wait to show off her new breast implants. At the time, she was dating her long-time boyfriend Justin Frye,” the e-zine further says.

“She had these photos taken to document her transformation but didn’t realize that they would also serve as the ‘before’ shots for her nose!” Radar says.

As also noted above, Kendra has never made a secret of her troubled early days, when all she could do was dream of one day becoming a star.  It’s precisely for this reason that she went under the knife, a decision she once said she never regretted.
